Our Story

From an Idea to a Trusted Global Team

PASO Co was born out of a frustration many businesses know well: hiring great technology talent is hard, expensive, and slow. Finding a partner who truly understands your business — even harder.

Our founders came from senior roles in enterprise software, product design, and quality engineering. They saw a gap between what businesses needed and what the market offered: agencies that under-delivered, freelancers who disappeared mid-project, and consultancies that charged enterprise rates but sent junior teams.

Since 2020, we've completed 50+ projects, served 30+ clients across 5+ industries, and maintained over 90% year-on-year client retention. We're proud of those numbers — but we're even prouder of the relationships behind them.

PASO Co Founded

2021

QA Practice Launched

Our QA Automation practice launched with ISTQB-certified engineers. Staff Augmentation service introduced in response to growing client demand.

2022

Team Grows to 10+ Professionals

IT Consulting division added. First international client engagements across North America and Europe. Infrastructure modernisation projects begin.

2023
